The State Statute mandates all healthcare providers initiate their connection to Connie by May 3, 2023. Connie serves as a secure and confidential platform for the electronic sharing of health information among various healthcare entities, fostering collaboration and enhancing patient care. Complete the Connie Registration Form to initiate the onboarding process, meeting the initial requirement to begin the connection. EPIC Community Connect Practices
The Connie InContext Application will not be available in Trinity’s instance until sometime after the May 2024 TogetherCare migration. However practices do not have to wait to access health information – Connie is available now through the web-based portal!
For those who have completed their Connie Legal Agreements and want to explore the web-based portal, which hosts clinical information for over 4.5 million patients, including records and images from non-EPIC organizations such as ProHealth Physicians, Bristol Health, and Nuvance Health, take the next step by reaching out to Kaitlyn.Kilcrease@conniect.org for guidance and help in gaining immediate access to valuable information.
