Sarah has been with SoNE HEALTH for four years working on various education initiatives with providers to improve acuity documentation through chart audits and feedback. Her focus is to help providers more accurately capture the correct coding for patients’ chronic conditions. She performs audits, medical record abstractions for payors, and can also help with pre-visit chart reviews for providers.
